Our qualifying broker graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, and from Boston University's School of Law.  He is a practicing attorney and shareholder in the real estate department at one of the largest and top international firms with a complex commercial real estate practice representing developers, hotel operators, and lenders throughout the Western hemisphere in transactions ranging from a few million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.  In addition, he recently developed a retail commercial structure in the Design District.
 
Our goal is to meet and exceed all of our clients' expectations ahd hopes, and to make the purchase or sale of your residential or commercial property as smooth and worry-free as possible.  We will perform profit calculations for your investments, advise you as to realistic carrying costs/taxes/maintenance.  In addition, we will refer you to legal assistance if required, and to title insurance, financing, surveyor, and home inspection options.  Once Miami Executive Realty is engaged, we will not be content to sit back passively, but will actively guide you and advise you.
 
In addition to all of the functions and assistance we offer our clients, we also offer the added benefit of being able to communicate with many of the prospective buyers and seller in the Miami market in their native tongues.  Our broker is proficient in Russian, French, and Spanish, and other team members are fluent in Italian.  We also have access to Arabic and Portuguese speakers.  All of our languages and skills are ready to offer you the greatest advantage in your real estate transactions possible.
